FAQ: Do You Accept Patients Outside of Indiana?

We ABSOLUTELY see patients from other states, but they have to be physically at our clinic in Culver to meet with a member of our team at the initial onboarding visit and every 3-6 months.
BUT: Most follow up visits can be done virtually.

We accept in-person patients only in order to to deliver AMAZING services such as comprehensive blood work and body composition analysis using Inbody Scan at the initial intensive onboarding visit with Dr. Adame and Nurse Becca.

Make it a day or a short overnight trip when you come to your appointments! Culver is our amazing small town by the lake!
