Service includes:
Review of medical records, laboratory results, diagnostic imaging reports
Review of responses to intake forms
90 minute virtual consultation with the patient’s family (Available Wednesday mornings only)
To maximize your time with Dr. Adame, please schedule your 90-minute virtual consultation at least two weeks after you submit your child’s medical records to allow our team time to review and reflect deeply on your child’s case
Your child’s local doctor is welcome to attend this appointment
Detailed, comprehensive, written summary recommending further
diagnostic testing and treatment options, both holistic, non-
pharmaceutical and Western, pharmaceutical
Ongoing virtual consultation with treating physician
Services NOT INCLUDED:
Direct medical services such as writing prescriptions, writing orders for laboratory or diagnostic testing, refills, ordering IVIG, managing side effects from medications, medical advice beyond the written consultation summary
Direct access or communication with Dr. Adame. Dr. Adame will not respond to direct inquiries from the PATIENT or their parents/guardian.

Cost: $2,000 per patient
This is a one-time fee. There is no monthly membership fee.
For expedited and efficient service:
1) Have your child’s PANDAS-related medical records ready to fax or email to us upon enrollment.
2) Ask your local treating physician to email or fax us a PANDAS summary including date of onset, symptoms, diagnostic testing, treatment/interventions with a note on efficacy, and treatment goals.
3) To maximize your time with Dr. Adame, please schedule your 90-minute virtual consultation at least two weeks after you submit your child’s medical records to allow our team time to review and reflect deeply on your child’s case
