Work Out With Dr. Adame: Leg and Lower Body Circuit

Building muscle is essential for enhancing your well-being. Increasing skeletal mass is essential to prevent bone loss, to boost metabolism naturally, to maintain healthy weight, and for overall health. To prevent injury, you should start your work outs with a 20 minute warm up.

You should do strength straining to build muscle 2-3 times per week.

A good routine would be an Arm Day, A Leg Day, and a Core/Back/Abdomen Day.

What makes our Metamorphosis Holistic Wellness Ecosystem different? We are body-positive and use metrics beyond the scale to track your progress, achievements, and success. We can track your skeletal muscle mass using our Inbody Body Composition Analysis.
