Service includes:
Review of medical records, laboratory results, diagnostic imaging reports
Review of responses to intake forms
90 minute virtual consultation with parents, patient (optional), and the
patient’s treating physician (optional) (Available Wednesday mornings only)
To maximize your time with Dr. Adame, please schedule your 90-minute virtual consultation at least two weeks after you submit your child’s medical records to allow our team time to review and reflect deeply on your child’s case
Detailed, comprehensive, written summary recommending further
diagnostic testing and treatment options, both holistic/non-
pharmaceutical and Western/pharmaceutical
Ongoing virtual consultation with treating physician
Services NOT INCLUDED:
Direct medical services such as writing prescriptions, writing orders for laboratory or diagnostic testing, refills, medical advice beyond the written consultation summary, ordering IVIG, managing side effects from medications
Direct access or communication with Dr. Adame. Dr. Adame will not respond to direct inquiries from the PATIENT or their parents/guardian.
