We are very grateful for the opportunity to deliver upscale, concierge-level medical care to many children and their families in our community. As a community-based, relationship-driven practice, we also believe that it is important to support all children in Marshall County and their families. We are committed to helping those in need and strive to be good stewards of our resources.

When we are asked to sponsor local organizations, we will typically sponsor events and causes that will benefit the children and families of our community. In the past we have sponsored programs for Dustin’s Place, Blessings in a Backpack, Culver Food Pantry, Culver Community School Corporation, Culver Youth Center, Culver Union Township Public Library, La Paloma Center families, and local school fundraisers. Dr. Adame also writes content for The Culver Citizen to keep our community informed and provides free general health and safety consultation to local daycare centers. She is part of LIFT, a Culver-based organization that assists local women in need, and serves on the boards of Leadership Marshall County and Dustin’s Place.

We are not a non-profit organization. We are a tiny, family-run business, but we take our corporate responsibilty seriously.
