We celebrated the Summer Solstice June 21st at Damore Amphitheater in Culver.
Elizabeth Birsner led us in a 108 sun salutations yoga practice in 101 minutes!
Thank you to Crystal from Culver Park Department for coming in early to open the park space (and bathrooms!) for us. So grateful!

We believe wellness happens in community. We believe healthy kids start with healthy adults and communities in their lives. We believe yoga and mindfulness based stress reduction should be accessible to all without cost barriers.
